New England House Policies:
We are a non-smoking facility (smoking outdoors is ok).
Please no children under the age of 12.
Check-in is 3:00 PM unless early check-in (1:00 PM) is requested (early check-in is $15.00 additional charge).
Check-out is 11:00 AM unless late check-out (up tp 1:00 PM) is requested (late check-out is $15.00 additional charge). We will be happy to store your luggage for you at no additional charge.
Rates are for two persons (except Conneticut and Massachusetts Room 3 persons, and the Maine Suite up to 4 adults). Additional persons are $20.00 per person per night.
There is a two-day minimum most weekends (Friday or Saturday night stay) April 1 thru Oct 31st.
The State of New Hampshire imposes a 8% rooms and meals tax be applied to your bill.
Breakfast on weekdays is deluxe continental style. A homestyle cooked breakfast is provided on weekends.
Cancellation Policy - There is a 14-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance will not be charged. If you must cancel your reservation within 14 days of your scheduled arrival (but no less than 48 hours) you will be charged 50% of your reserved nights unless we are able to re-book the room. Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival will result in the full charge of your reservation. If we are able to re-book your room we will issue a credit for a future stay within one year.(Cancellation policy applies to early departures).
Payment is kindly requested at time of check-in.
